· Experience control quality SMT system, electronics part of motorcycle (Motor, AC magneto, Ignition, CDI/ECU/SGCU).
· Market claim information: Receive claim information from user via customer, co-operate with customer confirm quality of part, investigate claim part, co-operate with other deparment resolve problem and prevent in the future, make report to customer.
· Output quality control (Customer): Make standard for control, receiving information of non-conforming parts from customer, investigate and make countermeasure, make ensure for next lot, make report to customer.
· Input quality control (Control supplier): Engage in verifying and creating inspection standards, claim to supplier with non-conforming part, control progress and check report of supplier, ensure quality for next lot receive, make plan audit supplier and audit supplier.
· Process quality control: Control quality in-process, audit process find risk and request improve, investigate problem issue from process, cooperate with other department improve quality process.
· New model development: control quality, make standard/ control plan when develop new model.
· Control measurement tool: control calibration plan, mainternance plan, improve efficiency and accuracy measurement.
· X-ray control, radiation safety.
· Maintain internal documentation system.
· Train and qualify inspector and operator inspection skills.
· Set priorities, develop a work schedule, monitor progress towards goals, and track details/ data/ information/ activities.
